Major Upgrades to the ProgenNET FM Module - Any Suggestions?

Progenesis is planning some major enhancements to the Facilities Management module in early 2012. The FM module comes as a standard module in ProgenNet property management, at no extra cost.

We are looking for feedback about key features that you, our customers, would like put into this module, to make it more suitable for your use.

Please let us know before Christmas about any suggestions you have. We plan to upgrade the module as part of our normal upgrade process.

Progenesis Announces QuickStart Training

Over the past several months the team at Progenesis has received numerous requests for training and retraining.

Driven by the fact that many customers have had the Progenesis system installed for a number of years, and want to refresh their capabilities with the additional enhancements over that time. In other circumstances, staff turnover has meant that the initial Progenesis implementation training has not been adequately passed on.

To address this, Progenesis has developed QuickStart training. This nation-wide training can be tailored to half or full-day sessions for up to five people. This training is aimed at general managers, property managers, financial staff and administrators.

As an introductory offer for all Progen2, ProgenNet & PEPS users, Progenesis offers a 10% discount for the first five organisations to register for QuickStart. So, don’t miss out!

New Progen2+ Release

For many, Progen 2 (P2) has become the industry standard software package of the Australian commercial, industrial and retail property industries over the past decade.

Progen2+ is its successor. Packed with enhancements and improvements, its set to continue the tradition of providing leading edge property management software at an affordable price.

New ProgenNet and PEPS Releases

Work is well underway on ProgenNET 2011 R1, the latest version of Progenesis’ flagship product. The new version is built on the latest Microsoft technologies, and contains dozens of user-requested changes and improvements, as well as a raft of new functionality and an updated reporting engine. Work is also progressing well on the new release of PEPS 5.4.2. It will boast many improvements, and was moved into beta testing late 2010 with a general product release scheduled for June 2011.

Best Ever Conference

A delegate to the recent Progenesis Conference in Sydney on Friday 15th October 2010, described it as the 'best ever' Conference.

The Conference featured a range of leading speakers on the topic 'New Challenges in Property Management'.

Another important session in the Conference was the 'breakout' session, where new features in Progenesis different products - PEPS, Progen2 and ProgenNet, were reviewed in detail.


Progenesis announces full compatibility with Microsoft Office 2010

Progenesis today announced that its flagship ProgenNET product now fully supports the Microsoft Office 2010 environment. This means that the imports, exports, mail merges and other Office-related functionality provided by the application perform flawlessly with Microsoft’s latest version of Office.

Announcing - The Progenesis Annual Conference – New Challenges in Property Management on October 15th 2010 in Sydney.

Don’t miss this ‘must attend’ event for all property professionals, where leading property management practitioners’ will be sharing their ideas and experiences about a raft of important new challenges in property management.

May 2010 Customer Service Review

Progenesis has contracted a Customer Service and Change Consultant  during May & June to speak to a wide range of Progenesis customers  and do a full review of Progenesis customer service delivery, as seen by clients.

Some customers have already given him feedback. He will compile a list of recommendations based on the feedback he gets in May & June, that will be used by the Progenesis management team to improve service delivery. He is focusing on large or recent implementations, as well as feedback offered over the internet via this web site (see below).

"Progenesis operates with many of the ITIL (good industry practice) principles guiding its installation, training and support operations", said CEO Jim Ensor.
